Policies are established to ensure similar matters are dealt with in a consistent way. Policies establish general guidelines that the council sets for the administration to follow. They form the base for developing procedures. The administration then provides programs and services to the residents according to policy and related procedures. All policies have been adopted through council resolutions which can be found in the Council minutes.
